Fancy Dress Fundraiser for Little Amps Early Years
Continuing on from our Harvest topic the children have been working on developing their fine motor skills by cutting up the different fruit and veg brought in by them for our Harvest Display
A fun morning was had in the playground doing our minibeast scavenger hunt The children were super enthusiastic to hunt for minibeasts, searching under windowsills, around plant pots and among leaves. Our finds were bravely put in our bug jars and discussed at large group time.
Our sponsored Fancy Dress walk was a great success. Well done to all the children in raising a grand total of £944.00. Thank you everyone for your support
We had the pleasure of seeing a rehearsal of Ampertaine Primary School's Harvest concert. Thank you to Mr.Dillon for inviting us over to see this. It was a brilliant performance and our pre-schoolers sat very well
The children enjoyed making stewed apples for our mini apple creams. Some enjoyed them at breaktime and others brought theirs home
On Display in our hallway are a selection of toys from a local business, The Moon and Back. Feel free to take time to have a browse at these when you are in. With a great range available, these are ideal for Christmas gifts.
Our minibeasts will be as snug as a bug in our self made bug hotel. Thank you to Hugh Hunter for making the frame for our children to fill with natural objects found outside. We will be watching to see who takes up residency
It has been a busy few weeks!!!
We hope you all enjoy your break and we look forward to seeing you all Monday 6th November
